Public Service Transformation

Public Service Transformation Programme Board

The purpose of the Public Sector Transformation Programme Board is to implement Cheshire and Warrington’s public service transformation programme, ensuring that this is delivered within a strategic context, and reflects the opportunities and needs of the Sub-region. The Programme Board is supporting the delivery of an overarching transformation strategy and developing individual projects to deliver this, providing strategic guidance, direction and operational support to a range of workstreams.  The Programme Board will drive forward new thinking in how public services in the area can be delivered differently; to be more effective, more efficient and to achieve better outcomes for residents, service users and businesses.

Building on the success of the Complex Dependency Programme, this three-year transformation plan will improve outcomes for the people of Cheshire & Warrington. Find out more here.
